Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how 10hi.tech (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use RiffInit (the “Service”). We aim to collect as little as possible.
1. What we process
- Audio you upload. We process it only to separate and mix it for you. We do not use it to train models, sell it, or share it except with the infrastructure providers below that carry out the processing on our behalf.
- A functional session cookie (strictly necessary) so the Service can associate your uploads and downloads with your browser session. This cookie does not track you across other sites.
- Basic technical/log data (e.g. IP address, request time) used to operate the Service securely and prevent abuse.
- Analytics (only if enabled and only with your consent) to understand aggregate usage.
- Email, if and when you make a purchase, to send you an invoice and a link to re-download your file. (Purchases may not be enabled in all versions of the Service.)
2. Retention
Uploaded files and generated stems are stored transiently and automatically deleted within a few hours. A file you purchase may be kept for a limited window (up to 30 days) so you can re-download it, then deleted. Log data is kept only as long as needed for security and operations.
3. Who processes your data (sub-processors)
To provide the Service we use third-party infrastructure that processes data on our behalf:
- Serverless GPU provider — runs the audio separation. Your file is sent for processing and removed after.
- Cloud hosting and object storage provider — hosts the application and temporarily stores files and stems.
These providers act as processors under our instructions.
4. Cookies
We use a strictly-necessary session cookie to operate the Service; it does not require consent. Any non-essential cookies (such as analytics) are set only after you consent via the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
5. Legal basis (EEA/UK users)
We process your uploads to perform the service you request (contract); security/anti-abuse logging on the basis of our legitimate interests; and analytics only with your consent.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Because we delete uploads within hours, much data is short-lived by design. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected].
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under the age required by your local law to consent to processing, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this Policy; material changes take effect when posted.
